Seeking a Restaurant Technology Support Analyst with experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality point-of-sale environments.

• Troubleshoot POS hardware, software, and integrations.
• Analyse logs, datasets, and system configurations to identify and resolve issues.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to manage escalations and root cause analysis.
• Support application deployments, upgrades, testing, and system rollouts.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support processes.
• Communicate issue status, risks, and resolution plans to stakeholders.

• 5+ years supporting POS hardware and software.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant technology environments.
• Knowledge of XML, INI files, Windows Registry, and application troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with application/integration testing and performance monitoring.
• Experience creating AI Agents and leveraging to improve daily workflows.
