The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with Service Now Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro), strong solution architecture skills, and the ability to lead technical teams while partnering directly with business stakeholders.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Lead end-to-end Service Now SAM Pro implementation initiatives, including assessment, design, configuration, and optimization.
+ Perform current-state assessments and data quality reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
+ Provide strategic recommendations and develop a roadmap to enhance SAM maturity and operational effectiveness.
+ Serve as the technical lead and primary point of contact for client-facing solution discussions.
+ Provide architecture guidance, technical oversight, and mentorship to implementation teams.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Service Now solutions.
+ Drive SAM Pro best practices, governance, and process improvements across the platform.

* + Service Now Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) expertise.
+ Proven experience with end-to-end SAM Pro implementations.
+ Strong background in current-state assessments and data quality analysis.
+ Experience developing SAM strategies, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
+ Strong client-facing consulting and solution leadership skills.
+ Technical leadership and team mentorship experience.
+ Advanced understanding of the Service Now platform, configuration, and architecture.

* Required Experience:

* + Extensive hands-on Service Now SAM Pro implementation experience.
+ Demonstrated success leading complex Service Now initiatives from discovery through deployment.
+ Experience serving as a technical lead, architect, or senior consultant on Service Now projects.
+ Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

* Education:

* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
+ Service Now certifications in SAM Pro, Software Asset Management, or related Service Now disciplines preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
