Lead Material Planning Analyst – 1st Shift

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity and company requirements are met in a timely manner
• Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution and program performance monitoring
• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement
• Properly monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time accurate deliveries; troubleshoot supply chain discrepancies
• Communicate with Engineering and management to ensure achievement of technical deployment goals
• Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure strategic initiatives
• Identify strategies to increase asset utilization from internal clients
• Correctly enter data into the Data Center applicable applications/programs tools and maintain required reports
• Support a Lean culture within the server staging and data center workflow

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain
• Project management experience and knowledge of the high-density server/rack vertical
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented work style with a proactive and professional attitude
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when appropriate and produce accurate output
• Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships within and outside of the company

Demonstrates expertise in Data Center Operations and ML Hardware Logistics, with a strong focus on Project Management and Supply Chain Optimization. Proficient in maintaining accurate data and reports while fostering effective communication and stakeholder relationships.
