Help Desk TechnicianWell-established organization in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 technical support in a professional office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and prior IT support experience. Full-time, temporary assignment through end of year. $23-$27/hr DOE!

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person requests.
- Log, prioritize, troubleshoot, elevate, and resolve help desk tickets.
- Image, configure, and support laptops, desktops, and virtual desktop environments (VDI).
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Help Desk or Service Desk experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting.
