The Associate prepares prepared food merchandise, maintains quality, assists members, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and adapts to changing business needs. The role supports performance, safety, and customer service standards.

  Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Prepare food according to item specifications, plan and execute production, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory, and operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates, using handheld technology for production decisions and training.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive area performance by stocking, rotating, and ensuring quality of merchandise, eliminating waste, and delivering member service.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Advocate the brand, inspire teamwork, and assist in training others.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; communicate progress and recommend improvements.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, and specific work performed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
