The Annex Group in Topeka, KS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team and ensure high-quality resident experiences. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and manage budgetary aspects to keep the community compliant and attractive.
Strong leadership, solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry, and a customer-first approach are essential. HVAC/EPA certification is preferred; a valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
