Job Description
The IT Program Manager oversees the execution of Trinsic’s IT roadmap. The IT Program Manager is responsible for leading multiple, concurrent, complex information technology projects while managing timelines, resources, risks and cost.
LocationPartially remote; candidate must reside in the Denver, CO area.
Essential Functions- Manages and is responsible for the successful implementation of IT projects across multiple organizations.
- Develops project scope, deliverables and plan in alignment with project objectives considering resource constraints and competing priorities.
- Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs. Identifies, secures and coordinates resources necessary for project success.
- Assists in the creative solutioning of operational problems using all available technologies. Participates in capital planning for new technologies needed to support future initiatives.
- Supports the requirements gathering, documentation and design of technical solutions to achieve operational goals.
- Possesses advanced project management skills combined with institutional knowledge, domain knowledge and strong relationships that enable effective management of the most demanding projects and programs.
- Trusted to work with little oversight; able to provide assistance to other project managers in challenging situations.
- In partnership with the Director, develops and manages the Trinsic IT Roadmap, identifying how to continue moving the organization forward leveraging technology and workflow efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree (will be verified)
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare analytics, or IT project management
- Experience working with or in Epic (EMR)
- Value based care experience preferred
- Two (2) years of project management experience
- Experience in health care operations preferred
- Epic technical certification preferred
- Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require verbal communication as well as hearing and understanding spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.
- Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.
- Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.).
- May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
$41.22 – $64.92 (40 hours per week).
