Position Summary: (K0233194) We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic IT Project Management Supervisor to lead enterprise-wide IT project delivery and drive meaningful organizational impact. This high-visibility leadership role will have you shaping project governance, mentoring and developing a talented team of Project Managers, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of complex, high-impact initiatives. You’ll partner directly with executive leadership, influence strategic investment decisions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• PMO Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor Project Managers and related PMO staff to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery across the organization.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce PMO methodologies, standards, templates, and tools aligned with organizational strategy and IT governance frameworks.
• Oversee adherence to the project management lifecycle (PMLC), ensuring consistency, accountability, and repeatable outcomes.
• Review and approve project charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and key deliverables to ensure quality, clarity, and compliance.
• Ensure PMO activities align with enterprise architecture standards, policies, and organizational objectives.
