Area Manager, Management Retail & Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations in the Topeka, KS area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team of store managers to achieve business objectives.

• Manage and support multiple store locations within the assigned area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and their teams to enhance performance and customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess store conditions, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation within the area.
• Address and resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or multi-unit management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
