Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of proposal development and management professionals
- Prepare strategic customer-focused proposal content, including written proposals and other sales-related documents
- Participate in the analysis and discernment of Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities
- Ensure that the Proposal team prepares accurate, timely, clear, and concise responses
- Oversee both the written components of proposals and the financial outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of progressive experience and expertise in business proposal development required
- 2 years of experience in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry required
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver tangible results in a professional services environment required
- Large project management experience required
