SSC Advisors, Inc. and SSC CPAs P.A. are excited to announce an opportunity for an Office Supervisor at our Topeka office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our office while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
  • Manage and mentor administrative staff, fostering development and enhancing team dynamics.
  • Coordinate schedules and assignments to optimize productivity across the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Serve as a vital liaison between senior management and office employees, facilitating effective communication.
  • Assist in developing and implementing office procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor client deliverables to ensure accurate and timely client deliverables.
Requirements
  • An associate’s degree, relevant certification, or proven experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of proven experience in office supervision or management, particularly in the accounting industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead a diverse team.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and motivate team members towards common goals.
  • Proficiency in office software and accounting tools.
  • A commitment to community involvement and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • The ability to maintain proactive and professional communication with clients.
  • Ability to foster client relationships by delivering exceptional service, anticipating client needs, and contributing to an overall client experience that reflects the Firm’s commitment to excellence.
