What you’ll do

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates. Drive and implement the business plan for your area of responsibility to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety, and implement operational improvements. Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. Prepare, review, and analyze business reports and use information to identify operational improvements.

Monitor and ensure compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment or consulting others when needed. Supervise and manage associates and leaders, giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Identify training and development needs and provide opportunities for learning and growth.

Teach, support, and model logistics and company policies and procedures, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers. Respect the individual by building high‑performing teams that embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging. Attract, retain, empower, and develop talent and recognize contributions and accomplishments.

Act with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and accountability, holding yourself and others accountable, and supporting Walmart’s goal of becoming a regenerative company. Serve our customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first, considering how, where, and when customers shop, and applying EDLP and EDLC business models to all plans. Make decisions based on data insights and analysis, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities, and considering customers, associates, shareholders, suppliers, business partners, and communities.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
