Deputy Chief Of Staff
The Deputy Chief Of Staff (DCOS), is a Senior Psychologist responsible for the overall clinical, administrative, and programmatic direction of assigned service lines at the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System (EKHCS). The incumbent's duty station is the Topeka division; however, the incumbent is responsible for staff and Service Lines in the assigned program areas at both the Topeka and Leavenworth divisions and 6 associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).
