This is a remote role based out of Topeka, Kansas. We offer a competitive salary of $170,000 - $200,000 per year, along with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401k matching, and growth opportunities.

As Director of Product, you'll lead the product organization, define long-term strategy, and ensure teams deliver against company goals. You'll partner with executives across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to shape priorities and scale product-led growth.

• Own product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.

• Build and grow the product organization (hiring, coaching, process design).

• Partner with executives on GTM, pricing, and growth strategy.

• Oversee portfolio performance and ensure alignment to business KPIs.

• Represent product at the leadership level, including board and investor updates.

• Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.

• 10+ years of product management, 3+ years in leadership.
