Vice President Operations

We are seeking an experienced and high-energy VP of Operations to lead manufacturing operations across two US-based facilities. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, reporting directly into the Americas leadership team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned operator with a strong track record of driving profitability, operational performance, and cultural transformation in a metal manufacturing environment.

• Full P&L ownership across two manufacturing sites
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and profitability improvements across both locations
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable all site leadership teams
• Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, processes, and governance frameworks
• Partner with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver customer commitments
• Identify and execute cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Champion a strong safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture
• Support business growth — managing capacity, investment, and workforce planning
• Act as a key member of the Americas senior leadership team

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven multi-site operational leadership — P&L responsibility essential
• Metal manufacturing background required (machining, stamping, fabrication, welding, foundry or similar)
• Track record of delivering measurable profitability and performance improvement
• Experience leading large, complex organisations (500+ HC)
• Strong commercial acumen — able to manage customer relationships at a senior level
• Decisive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent people leader — able to build trust, drive accountability, and develop talent
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA advantageous
