Lead the team. Drive the numbers. Elevate the operation. Green Pest Solutions is growing, and we are looking for a Service Manager who can take ownership of our field operations and build a high-performing service team. This role is central to our next phase of growth. You'll be responsible for technician performance, route efficiency, customer retention, and overall service quality - turning daily execution into measurable results.

This is not a passive management role. We are looking for someone who shows up, solves problems, and drives performance.

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of service technicians.
• Drive daily production, routing efficiency, and capacity planning.
• Ensure monthly and annual revenue goals are consistently hit.
• Train and develop technicians through hands-on field leadership.
• Monitor and reduce callbacks and service issues.
• Maintain high standards for customer experience and service quality.
• Track key metrics and adjust quickly to stay on plan.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and operational costs responsibly.

• Routes run efficiently with high productivity.
• Technicians perform consistently with minimal oversight.
• Customers stay longer and issues are resolved quickly.
• Revenue goals are met or exceeded.
• Systems and expectations are clear, repeatable and scalable.

• Minimum five (5) years pest management experience preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years management experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to problem solve and act decisively.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work proficiently with computers and Microsoft applications.

• Regularly required to see, hear, and/or talk.
• Frequently required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Frequently required to lift and move up to 10 lbs.
• Satisfactory level of dexterity to complete various tasks, i.e. operating a computer keyboard.
