Follow all company Safety Rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), SSOPs, allergen controls, and hygiene requirements. (handwashing, PPE, tool control, non-class policy, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stress effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to act. A “can-do” mindset and attitude is a must.
Ability to work in both hot and cold environments.
Ability to tolerate exposure to ingredients such as grains, flour, and yeast.
Ability to climb steps and vertical ladders up to 10 feet regularly.
