Position: Operations Assistant - Acknowledgements Department (Day Shift, $15.00/hr)
Description

As an Operations Assistant - Acknowledgements Department, you will support daily workflow operations by assisting leadership with production coordination, training support, inventory management, and maintaining client-specific processing standards. You will help ensure client requirements are met, team members are supported with accurate information, and production timelines remain on track in a fast-paced mail processing environment.

Your Impact:
  • Maintain and organize inventory for Acknowledgements supplies
  • Support training efforts by assisting with updates to training guides and documentation
  • Maintain and update client rule books to ensure accessibility and accuracy for team members
  • Provide clear and accurate responses to team member questions
  • Utilize available tools and resources to resolve workflow and production questions
  • Help ensure weekly client production schedules are completed in priority order
  • Communicate scheduling risks or completion concerns to leadership
  • Notify management of material or supply-related issues
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Troubleshoot production equipment including inserters, stampers, meters, and folders
  • Assist with coordinating communication between team members and leadership
  • Support team performance and workflow consistency across Acknowledgements and Fulfillment processes
  • Maintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work times
  • Work overtime as needed based on production volume
  • Navigate between departments (100-600 ft) approximately 10% of the time
  • Remain on the production floor approximately 90% of the time
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Operate pallet jacks and assist with material movement as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Production environment experience preferred but not required
