General Labor. PTMW, Inc is seeking a reliable and efficient Material Handler to join our Pre‑Fabrication (PFAB) team. The Material Handler will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of materials within the facility. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of production and supporting overall manufacturing operations. This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible position working 6:00pm to 6:00am, Sunday – Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays in a climate‑controlled facility.

• Transport materials and products to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Maintain storage area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Assure accuracy of inventory.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment with utmost safety and efficiency, ensuring no damage to products, equipment, or infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.

• Forklift operation experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
• Self‑motivated conscientious worker.
• Capable of lifting up to 75lbs.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment background check, drug screen, physical capacity and breath‑alcohol test.

• Forklift certification.
• Inventory control and warehouse experience.
