Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assembler to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will assemble wire harnesses and related components for agricultural industry equipment. You will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities

Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and related components following production drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

Use hand tools, crimpers, and soldering equipment to complete assembly tasks.

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or assembly processes.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S and safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.

Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in assembly or electrical work is a plus.

Proven experience in wire harness assembly or a similar role preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Familiarity with hand tools, soldering, and crimping equipment.

Good manual dexterity and ability to work on repetitive tasks with precision.

Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
