Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to provide technical leadership in machine design, process and operational efficiency for high speed aseptic filling and packaging technologies. The incumbent optimizes equipment layout, providing subject‑matter‑expertise for new product or process technology while ensuring cGMP compliant manufacturing.

Salary Range: $60,966 - $85,694. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Provide ongoing technical support for manufacturing operations after project installation.
• Drive technical advancement, solving problems and unique challenges.
• Actively partner with specialty vendors to implement design specifications, install, and refurbish manufacturing and packaging technologies.
• Identify and implement shop‑floor continuous improvement (CI) projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (OEE, CI, Lean implementation) across the manufacturing function.
• Optimize equipment and process functionality.
• Design and alter equipment as cGMP compliant, using AutoCAD.
• Implement control systems and PLC programming for highly automated manufacturing technologies.
• Ensure compliance with company documents, programs, and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
