Pay: $25-28/hour based on experience, with additional $3.00/hr shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shift ($2,500 sign on bonus)

As a welder, you'll fabricate parts and assemblies for custom projects built to exact customer specifications, working in a clean, well-equipped environment alongside talented professionals who value safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.
- Use calibrated measuring tools to properly fit up assemblies.
- Utilize hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery-powered tools.
- Operate plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, and carbon air arc equipment.
- Weld in various positions using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes.
- Work with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Work Environment/Hours
Based in Topeka, KS, the company is a premier manufacturer specializing in the engineering, fabrication, and assembly. Work shifts include 2nd shift (3 PM to 1 AM), and 3rd shift from (8 PM to 6 AM), with opportunities for overtime on Fridays. The workplace is clean, well-equipped, and climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00/yr.
Pay 100% of health, dental, vision premiums.
