Welder​/Fabricator

Overview

Custom Dredge Works, a manufacturer of semi-portable hydraulic dredging equipment, is looking for Welders/Fitters. We are searching for combination structural welders and fitters. Individuals must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be able to weld both MIG and Flux Core. Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out a production project. Candidates must have MIG experience with strong fabrication skills.

Ability to weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. Have a positive attitude and work well with others. A desire to work in an environment where challenges exist daily to work on custom-built projects, not just simply weld.

• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out a production project.
• Weld with MIG and Flux Core; perform fabrication tasks with strong fabrication skills.
• Weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Work on custom-built projects with daily challenges beyond basic welding.

• Minimum 2 years of welding and fitting experience.
