EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities:
Prepare precision line floor markings with 0.5 mm tolerances using theodolites, floor elevation recording and auto level;
Anchor drilling and installation (wedge and epoxy) up to 2” anchor diameter;
Heavy machine moving using toe jacks, bottle jacks, push-pull jacks up to 88K lbs using rotating skates, straight skates, steering sections and forklifts;
Precision leveling of machines using:
Metric system Auto level 0.02mm/1m machine levels (0.05mm/1m tolerance);
Dial indicators for paralleling (0.05mm tolerance) machines bodies and rolls 0.02mm and above shims
