What this role looks like:

The Marketing Content Strategist is responsible for shaping, maintaining, and elevating Envista’s brand voice across all marketing channels. This role serves as the organization's subject matter expert in content development ' ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment in every message. The strategist partners with the VP of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Specialist to produce high-quality content that supports campaigns, digital engagement, community initiatives, and brand reputation.

The day-to-day:
  • Brand Voice and Messaging Leadership:
    Oversee the development and stewardship of Envista’s brand voice, ensuring all written communication reflects our tone, clarity, and strategic intent across every platform. Lead the creation of clear, compelling messaging for marketing campaigns, product promotions, community initiatives, and internal communications. Review and refine content produced by team members to maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Envista’s broader marketing strategy.
  • Content Creation and Oversight:
    Write and edit content across all marketing channels, including email campaigns, website pages, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, scripts, and advertising. Develop long form content such as articles, thought leadership pieces, and narrative-driven materials that support Envista’s brand positioning. Create concise, high impact short form copy for social media, digital ads, and video scripts. Support podcast and vlog production by assisting with scripting, storyboarding, and content planning for audio and video formats.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership:
    Provide social media guidance by mentoring and supporting the Marketing Specialist on social copy, audience targeting, and platform best practices. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Events Specialist to ensure all content aligns with digital strategy, event initiatives, and community engagement efforts. Partner with the VP of Marketing to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable content plans that support campaign development and overall marketing objectives.
  • Creative and Visual Support:
    Provide graphic design collaboration by supporting the development of marketing campaign assets, social media visuals, and other digital materials in partnership with internal and external designers. Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content by upholding Envista’s brand standards and maintaining alignment in tone, style, and presentation throughout every marketing channel.
  • Innovation:
    Stay current on emerging content trends, marketing best practices, and industry innovations to ensure Envista’s messaging remains modern, relevant, and competitive. Proactively identify new content opportunities, formats, and approaches that enhance brand visibility, strengthen audience engagement, and support ongoing marketing strategy.

Knowledge &

Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintaining and evolving brand voice across multiple channels.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries preferred but not required.
Education & Experience:
  • Three years to five years of professional experience in content strategy, copywriting, or brand communications.
  • Experience producing content for digital marketing, social media, email, and websites.
