Join Our Team as an RN Home Health Nurse with a Sign-On Bonus!

Location:

Topeka, KS and surrounding areas.

• Conduct skilled nursing visits for patients in their homes
• Engage in direct patient interactions to assess health conditions
• Educate patients and families about health management, including CHF, COPD, diabetes, etc
• Provide wound care and medication management
• Document patient conditions and report significant changes to the physician
• Collaborate with a team of other healthcare professionals, including Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists

• Current RN Nursing License in the state of practice
• Previous home health experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Compassionate attitude with a focus on customer service
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
