Are you a seasoned Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Maple Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hiawatha, Kansas is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our exceptional clinical team.

Maple Heights is a proud, resident-centered community featuring:

• 68 skilled nursing beds, including 13 dedicated memory care beds
• 15-bed Assisted Living community
• The only skilled nursing facility in Hiawatha offering comprehensive in-house physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
• A highly regarded pulmonary program providing care seven days a week
• Participation in the PEAK (Promoting Excellent Alternatives in Kansas) Program, emphasizing person-centered care and resident choice

This is a unique opportunity to join a stable and supportive leadership team. You'll work alongside an Administrator with over 40 years of healthcare experience and a management team known for its longevity, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care
• Strong clinical, regulatory, and team-building skills
