Pay: Salary based on experience | $15,000 ENHANCED SIGN-ON BONUS! [awarded in increments: $5k- 90 days; $5k- 6 months; $5k- 1 year]
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: Typical hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some flexibility may be required based on patient needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychopharmacological services, including prescribing medications in accordance with written protocols.
- Conduct psychiatric and physical assessments, history-taking, and differential diagnoses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Monitor patient symptoms and medication side effects.
- Serve as the primary point of referral for medical evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Offer crisis intervention and management of chronic mental health issues.
- Educate patients and families on prevention and treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

- Master’s Degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing.
- APRN licensure in the State of Kansas as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric/Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Proficiency with modern technology (e.g., computers, EMRs, telehealth platforms).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
