• Location: Garnett, KS
• Hours: Full time nights and weekends
• Client Specifics: Infant with a G-tube, trach, and vent.
• Sign On Bonus: $4,000 for Full Time Nights plus Shift Differentials: $2 Night, $2 Weekend

• Provide one‑to‑one pediatric home health care for a child with medical complexities.
• Administer ventilator, trach, and G-tube care.
• Develop real connection with the child and family, fostering progress and safety at home.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and provide continuous care support.

We offer specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care—no experience is required. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll receive guidance and support throughout your role.

• RN or LPN license.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work nights and weekends.
• Basic training and support will be provided.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.

Base hourly rate of $27.00 to $35.00, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications. Sign‑on bonus $4,000 and shift differentials for nights and weekends.
