The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality care consistent with the scope of practice outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Registered Nurses. The RN takes responsibility for the quality of care delivered, works to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff, acts as a patient advocate, and promotes best practices in nursing.
Schedule- Full‑Time
- PRN Days and Nights
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Active CPR certification
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations governing practice
- Completion of initial and annual clinical competencies as assigned by the role
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions and side effects.
- Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ condition.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions.
- Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
- Direct or supervise less‑skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a unit.
- Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments.
- Instruct individuals, families, or groups on health education, disease prevention, and childbirth, and develop health improvement programs.
- Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies and maintain inventory.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient condition.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the facility.
$35 – $40 per hour
