Full‑Time Lead Nurse – Pathway Family Services
Average hourly rate is $38.14 per hour (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).

Day in the Life as Lead NurseAt Pathway, our Lead Nurse leads a team of health care professionals providing oversight and treatment planning for the physical wellbeing of our children and adolescents receiving residential treatment for behavioral health needs. The Lead Nurse provides nursing care for children working to overcome trauma, ensures all assessments are completed, medication‑management orders are fulfilled, and educates children and families about their care.
The Lead Nurse and their team coordinate and complete health appointments, including appointments with in‑house medication providers, and ensures all documentation meets federal, state, and program requirements.

- Willing to take a trauma‑informed approach while collaborating with clients, families, and other team members.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas (required).
- In‑office position.
- Schedule is flexible and determined in collaboration with facility administration to cover all needs of a 24/7 residential facility.
- Supervision experience preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age and at least 3 years older than the oldest resident.
- Must have a valid driver's license, meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency or personal vehicle to transport clients, and have valid drivers' insurance.
- Must be eligible for credentialing with Kansas Medicaid for billing needs.
