LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE IV CERT

Summary
POSITION SUMMARYUnder the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), the licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides safe, efficient patient care to assigned patients. Performs as a positive member of the healthcare team.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing/licensed practical nursing program.
- Minimum Experience: Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred.
- Required Registration/License/Certification:
- Current Kansas LPN licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (Health Care Provider), or successful completion within the first 90 days of employment.
- Intravenous (IV) certification.
