Midland Care Connection is seeking a dedicated CNA/Facility Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting. You’ll assist with ADLs, promote safety and comfort, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality care.
Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Earn CNA pay of $17.15+/hour or HHA pay of $18.15+/hour, with bonuses up to $1,500 and shift differentials. Benefits include health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, PTO, and retirement match.
