Nurse Educator

Role Overview

The Clinical Educator is a clinical education and training expert responsible for supporting patient transitions to home and alternate‑site infusion care.

• Evaluate, educate, and train patients, caregivers, and staff on infusion therapies, ensuring safe therapy initiation and patient independence.
• Conduct in-person and virtual education, perform patient assessments, and document clinical interactions.
• Coordinate patient transitions from hospital to home, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure clinical readiness and continuity of care.
• Partner with sales and clinical teams to provide clinical expertise during educational programs, onboarding, and growth initiatives.
• Act as a clinical liaison across internal teams, providing consultation and ensuring consistent messaging.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, document activities accurately, and support data collection on outcomes.

• Active RN license (BSN preferred) with at least three years of clinical experience, infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Experience in adult education, clinical training, or healthcare education preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or clinical documentation experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license, ability to support multiple priorities, and strong organizational skills.
