Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) Contract - Earning Up to $1,800​/WK

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week Long‑Term Care assignment in rural Kansas. The role follows a 3x12‑hour schedule, offering up to $1,800 per week. The RN provides direct, compassionate care to geriatric residents while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans

• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and resident progress

• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and clinical staff

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and team members

• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies

• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection‑control standards

• Provide compassionate support and education to residents and their families

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Active Kansas RN license or Compact RN license

• Current BLS certification

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast‑paced LTC environment

• Previous Long‑Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
