- Assist in cardiothoracic surgery procedures, including vein harvesting using the Maquet Vasoview system
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Perform pre- and post-operative patient assessments
- Support the surgical team with necessary documentation and procedures
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the Cardiothoracic Surgery service line
- Adapt to scheduling needs during assigned dates and duration
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Kansas
- Proven experience in cardiovascular surgery or related fields
- Skilled and independent in vein harvesting procedures
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and executing tasks with precision
