• Pay Rate: $60.30/hour

• Provide specialized post-surgical care for abdominal, colorectal, urological, orthopedic, and plastic surgery patients
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess post-operative progress
• Administer medications and assist with wound care and surgical drains
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient needs
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system
• Respond quickly to patient changes and assist with recovery plans
• Support a 1:6 staffing ratio on a 32-bed unit

• Valid Kansas or multi-state RN license (no hits allowed)
• AHA BLS certification (must be current at time of submission)
• At least 1 year of progressive care or surgical step-down experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate weekends
• Flexibility to adapt to unit needs and orientation schedules
