Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $60.30/hr

What You ll Do

• Provide advanced nursing care to post-surgical patients in a 32-bed unit specializing in colorectal, abdominal, urological, orthopedic, and plastic surgeries
• Monitor patient recovery and manage surgical drains and wound care
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate charting and patient records using Epic EMR
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and post-operative instructions
• Float to other surgical or medical units as needed according to staffing requirements

What You Need

• Valid Kansas or Multistate RN license (no hits allowed)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• At least 1 year of progressive care or surgical stepdown experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to unit needs
