Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via Direct Deposit Medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2) Paid sick time License, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Additional paid holidays and flexible time-off requests 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide compassionate nursing care to post-surgical patients on a 32-bed unit specializing in abdominal, colorectal, urological, orthopedic, and plastic surgeries Monitor patient recovery, manage surgical drains, and document clinical progress using Epic EMR system Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Assist in wound care and manage complex post-operative needs Follow hospital protocols for safety, infection control, and patient safety Support float requirements across other medical-surgical floors as needed Adhere to hospital policies including jewelry and tattoo guidelines, vaccination requirements, and respectful professional appearance What You Need

Required:

Kansas or multi-state RN license AHA BLS certification Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical experience ADN or BSN degree Immunity to Hep B, MMR, Varicella (via titer or vaccination) TDaP and Influenza vaccines or exemptions Preferred:
