External Quality Assurance Associates – freelance, home‑based roles across the UK, competitive fees.
AIM Qualifications And Assessment Group invites applications for EQA associates to carry out monitoring of RQF qualifications. We have more than 500 qualifications covering a wide range of subject suites, and EQA activity occurs throughout the year. EQA interactions for a centre depend on its qualification provision and its position within our CASS Strategy.
As an Associate you will work with centres to ensure that qualifications are delivered and assessed within the specified parameters. Your responsibilities include reviewing samples in line with our CASS strategy, completing EQA reports, and approving certification.
Ideal candidates have vocational qualification experience, keen attention to detail, subject specialist knowledge, and recent industry experience. You must hold a teaching qualification or equivalent, and have experience of internal and/or external quality assurance. Associates must be able to facilitate both remote and face‑to‑face assessment activity.

Training for the External Quality Assurer role will be provided if the application is successful. Associates are contracted on an annual basis and are not directly employed by AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group.
