The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking a Senior Specialist in Quality to oversee food safety and quality assurance programs at its Topeka, Kansas facility. You will lead the Food Safety Team, ensure compliance with all standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Biological Science and a minimum of 5 years in Quality Assurance are required.
This role includes the management of quality systems and daily coaching for plant operations to meet high safety and quality standards. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
