Responsibilities- Monitor, execute, and oversee the day‑to‑day routing and approval of all packaging artwork in the global artwork approval/project management system, ensuring completion of all required tasks by cross‑functional teams within the allotted KPIs and timelines.
- Coordinate and facilitate artwork approvals through team communication and flow of information, alerting leadership of delays and recommending mitigation steps.
- Review each round of the artwork mechanical proofing, confirm readiness, and provide accurate, complete technical artwork direction/scope into the workflow tool for the artwork provider.
- Review, interpret, and clarify feedback from cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, R&D) in each round of mechanical proofs, coordinating resolution to issues or inconsistencies with external artwork providers and printers.
- Lead weekly status calls with artwork provider(s) and primary business partners, such as Regional Artwork Leads and Packaging Engineering Teams.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing users of the global artwork approval system, and support artwork process continuous improvement projects.
- 2+ years of experience in artwork trafficking, project management, or artwork production.
- Very strong knowledge of artwork trafficking and approval processes.
- Very strong workflow tool usage skills.
- Strong project management, prioritization, follow‑up, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills, with proficiency in understanding and being understood by technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong capabilities in continuous improvement.
Salary Range: $76,800.00 – $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays.
