• Conductfieldinspectionsofconcretework,includingformwork,reinforcement,embeds,placement,finishing,curing,structural steel,andequipmentsettingprocedures.
• Verifycompliancewithprojectdrawings,specifications,andapplicablestandards.
• Coordinateandmonitorconcretetestingactivities,includingslump,aircontent,temperature,andcompressivestrengthtesting.
• Reviewandmaintainqualityrecords,inspection reports,andtestdocumentation.
• Participateinpre-pourinspectionsandmeetings.
• Identify,document,andtracknonconformingworkandcorrectiveactions.
• Supportprojectteamsinresolvingquality-relatedissuesandreducingrework.
• Promotequalityawarenessandcontinuousimprovementthroughouttheproject.

• HighschooldiplomaorGEDrequired;construction-relateddegreepreferred.
• 3+yearsofexperienceinconcreteconstruction,inspection,orqualitycontrol.
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretconstructiondrawingsandspecifications.
• Strong communication,organizational,and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Officeandelectronicdocumentationsystems .
