Retail Display Installer – Technology

Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average | Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends not required. Early mornings and holidays may be requested as needed.

Role: 2020 Companies is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Field Service Representative to represent leading technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales‑floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives. You will work independently, use mobile applications to complete assignments, and maintain strong communication with retail teams to ensure top‑quality execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to field services management communication.
  • Keep availability updated and accurate.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixturing.
  • Submit necessary forms, surveys, and images before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and work in teams of 2+ when required, providing solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist team members as needed and contribute to overall success.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as required.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and kneel, crawl, bend, and reach overhead.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; proficient with a smartphone.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Installation and merchandising experience preferred, including hand and power tool usage.
  • Proficiency with planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
  • Own a reliable Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
  • Must complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
