Sales Associate – Westlake Ace Hardware. Assists with receiving, stocking, pricing merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering calls promptly, and handling inquiries and complaints.
• Assist with merchandising operations: receiving, checking in and stocking merchandise; maintaining back‑stock levels; resetting displays and end caps; ensuring signage is current.
• Operate forklift with proper training.
• Support department specialists with price changes and special orders.
• Communicate store issues or ideas to management.
• Participate in store meetings, maintain a professional appearance and uphold company core values.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs and climb.
• Strong product knowledge and willingness to embody ARG core values.

$11.00 – $12.00 per hour.
