Service Manager

Hy-Vee -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of store employees to ensure prompt, friendly customer service;
Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties to employees and follow up to ensure completion;
Train employees on store policies, procedures, and safety practices; maintain positive employee relations;
Ensure customer service standards across the store and address customer issues; manage cashier operations and store services;
Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, and assist in problem solving affecting job performance
