Scooter's Coffee - - Responsibilities:
Assist store manager in daily operations, including cleaning and stocking checklists, training new hires, upselling, and managing the Amazings; lead morning rushes and handle store during manager absence; manage cash logs, deposits, and shortages; handle scheduling conflicts and emergencies; resolve customer and employee complaints; on-call for emergencies; perform tasks such as inventory, ordering, interviews, updating documents; train and develop baristas;
ensure adherence to store policies and core values.
