Compensation
The hourly wage will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location, ranging from $19 to $32 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply when applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.
