Shift may start between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers while preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returns, and maintaining a safe and secure entrance area.

• Act as the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with.
• Maintain a positive attitude, smile, greet, and thank every customer.
• Manage multiple tasks quickly: scan items, explain prices, bag items, count cash back, and keep your area clean.
• Refer customers to appropriate departments and assist associates as needed.
• Follow Walmart policies regarding security, loss prevention, and store procedures.

Cashier

• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
• Stand for long periods while checking out customers quickly and accurately.
• Keep your area clean and presentable.
• Answer customer questions and help them with their needs.
• Be available to assist associates across the store as needed.

Cart and Janitorial

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Gather carts from the parking lot.
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
