Position Summary:

Great food shoppers love the dedication of Sam’s Club fresh‑food associates. As a freezer, cooler and deli stocker you will keep shelves stocked, maintain product quality, and support customer service in the deli. You will contribute to a culture where members receive high‑quality products in a clean, organized setting.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including safety sweeps and forklift spotting.

• Manage the sales floor and merchandise presentation for the freezer, cooler and deli areas, handling claims, zoning, stocking, pricing, audits and documentation.

• Provide member service by locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, delivering deli products and resolving concerns.

• Follow food‑handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following cold‑chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring fans, drains and doors, and reporting issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed period.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in stocking, customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and adaptability skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality customer service.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Premiums may be paid for schedule, location or specific work performed.
